Kompetenzbeschreibung:
Nach Abschluss dieses Moduls kennen und verstehen die administrativen Mitarbeiter und die Führungskräfte von Gesundheitsorganisationen die Rolle der verschiedenen Managementaufgaben vor dem Hintergrund von e-Health- und Telemedizinimplementierungen. Sie beherrschen die Fähigkeiten um die individuelle Situation ihrer eigenen Gesundheitsorganisation zu analysieren und zu bewerten. Sie haben gelernt ihr Wissen aus verschiedenen Bereichen des e-Health-bezogenen Managements anzuwenden, insbesondere des Prozessmanagements, Personalmanagements, Datenmanagements, der Datenmanagementanalyse, des Finanzmanagements sowie des Kommunikations- und Änderungsmanagements.
