Zusammenfassung
Um digitale Gesundheitsanwendungen korrekt zu nutzen und Evidenz dafür zu generieren, ist ein einheitliches Verständnis über existierende Begriffe notwendig. Zu diesem Zweck haben wir ein Klassifikationsschema aufgebaut, das Begriffe rund um Telemedizin und Digital Health definiert und voneinander abgrenzt.
Abstract
In order to use digital health applications correctly and generate evidence for them, a common understanding of existing terms is necessary. For this purpose, we have developed a classification scheme that defines and differentiates terms related to telemedicine and digital health.
Die Art und Weise, wie die Gesundheitsfürsorge erbracht wird, ändert sich ständig und wird zunehmend durch digitale Technologien, wie z.B. Telemedizin, unterstützt. In diesem Zusammenhang existieren viele Begriffe, die nicht einheitlich definiert sind und daher mehrdeutig verwendet werden. Dies erschwert die Beurteilung der Evidenzbasis. Ontologien bringen Struktur und Klarheit zum Diskurs über Telemedizin und verwandte Begriffe. Unser Ziel ist die Bereitstellung eines evidenzbasierteren Verständnisses relevanter Begriffe im Bereich der digitalen Gesundheit.
